ABBEY
Within cloud productions I have taken on the role of the producer. We decided collectively that I am suitable for this role as I am a very creative individual; My imagination is my secret weapon. I enjoy seeing my ideas develop when brainstorming with my team. I gain satisfaction from seeing a finished product after the hard work and time spent developing it. I like to analyse all the elements and unnoticeable hard work that went into producing it. I am a perfectionist and therefore am a very organised individual. Within My role as the producer I will have to keep the pace of the group, motivating all team members and ensuring everything gets done whilst meeting deadlines.
CHLOE
Within the group I have undertaken the role of the photographer. I have chosen this role as I am able to incorporate my A2 photography experience and skills into the making of our film trailer. Being an art student I am a creative and organised individual, I will be able to combine these two skills to keep the group on task and make sure we are on time and deadlines are met. I will be in charge of the artistic side of things, the visual look of the setting and website, making sure it is suitable, looks nice and fits in with the horror theme. I have a good eye which will come in handy when choosing what camera angle and shot will be most suitable and fit in best with the chosen scene and setting. I am broad minded which will help me brainstorm my ideas and develop them to make sure the group works to the best of our ability and get the grade that we deserve.
SOPHIE
Hi my name is Sophie, I was dedicated my role as director because I am a very creative and imaginative individual, I’m very determined to get work done and I’m a very hard working person, I believe that all my work has to be done at the best of my ability. This is why I was chosen so I can motivate others to get work done and work hard as a team, I am also very good at delegating tasks to people as I feel I have a very good judge of character therefor I know which role is best for each member of my group. I’m a very outgoing individual that can be very creative, this is one reason why being the director is the best role for me.
SALIHA
Being effective when communicating with the members of Cloud Productions and suggesting beneficial ideas concerning the project’s development has earned my spot into being the ‘Project Writer and Communications Manager’. This means I will be able to connect clearly with my group to then pour out all ideas onto paper, interpreting their thoughts and taking constant notes of everything put forward to display a final result of the movie trailer created. I have a strong role when it comes to planning the creative side of the video and ensure that the communication between the groups is of a high standard and organised in a professional manner.
I will also be able to assist my colleagues in their challenging tasks such as photography (camera shots and angles) which I have had some experience of, therefore this would advantage the team. I will be helping everyone else in my group to complete the task and I will make sure that the trailer is as effective and as powerful as it can possibly be. I will also have a lot of involvement when it comes to creating the movie trailer to designing and printing advertisement posters.
